Improving Process Overview
The power of this methodology is the integration of changing:
1) Process,
2) Technology and
3) People’s Behavior
for the purpose of incremental improvement.
This methodology does not upset the delicate balance that exists today in the organization, but correctly aligns the organization for continuous improvements.
Once accepted by the organization, this methodology should be used over and over again in all process areas to bring about continuous, successful and lasting change.
Purpose
To systematically document and improve business processes.
Scope
This process begins with the determination that process improvement is necessary and ends with the implementation of a best-in-breed process with performance measures for continuous improvement.
It includes the dimensions of Process Integration as well as Human Integration. While the Process Integration Cycle designs better ways to work, the Human Integration Cycle addresses the hearts, minds and behaviors of those who must change.
